INVITATION
Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the 5th International Conference
on Environmental Mutagens in Human Populations, we are pleased to invite
you to attend and to make scientific presentations in the conference.
The conference will be held in the beautiful and historical Mediterranean
city, Antalya, Turkey, May 20 - 24, 2007. The theme for the conference
is “Identification of Environmental Hazards and Promotion of Health”.
The conference in Turkey is the fifth
of a series of international conferences that is designed
to identify solutions to human environmental health problems
and to facilitate the establishment of sustainable collaborative
programs around the world. The previous conferences were
held in Egypt, Czech Republic, Thailand and Brazil. Each
of the previous conferences has sparked the development
of new scientific programs and of major collaborations
among participants.
The organization of the conference is
supported by a distinguished International Advisory Board
that is chaired by Dr. Michael Waters of the National Institute
of Environmental Health Sciences, USA. The conference will
have keynote speakers including Her Royal Highness Professor
Dr. Princess Chulabhorn of Thailand. Renowned scientists
will be invited to make presentations in the following
symposium topics:

Education and Outreach Effort.
There will be workshops and poster sessions.
Topics for workshops include Biomarkers, HUMN Project on
Micronuclei, Harmonization of Protocols, and Community
Outreach practices. The poster sessions are designed for
presentation of recent scientific data for professional
discussion with scientists.
We invite scientists who are particularly
interested in identifying and solving environmental health
problems to attend our conference. Your contribution to
the conference will be appreciated. In addition, we are
confident that you will gain rewarding professional and
social experience from the various organized activities.
